Following a ceremony honoring local veterans, the Stone Mountain Chorus will perform patriotic music in barbershop harmony. Bruster's Real Ice Cream will offer free ice cream for the audience.
Attendees will have the opportunity to visit with Pets for Vets Georgia Chapter and other veterans organizations.
Guests are encouraged to bring their worn, tattered, and damaged American flags to the event for proper retirement.
Location
City Park is located immediately behind the Calvin Fitchett Municipal Complex at the corner of Main Street and Railroad Avenue.
